1. Basic Definitions of the Terms and Conditions

1.2 The Buyer or Customer

Any person who uses the Online Store service, i.e. registers on the website www.2btradeshop.com and orders or purchases goods or services through this interface.

1.3 Delivery Partner Details

1.3.1 GLS General Logistics Systems Hungary Csomag-Logisztikai Kft. delivers our goods under contract pursuant to its own general terms and conditions at the rates viewable under the “shipping/payment” menu item.

2. Purpose of the Online Store Terms and Conditions

2 B Trade & Consulting Kft. has issued these Online Store Terms and Conditions to regulate in detail the terms and conditions related to the Online Store service and its use, the rights and obligations of the service provider and the buyer, and other material circumstances connected to the Online Store service.

The Online Store Terms and Conditions contain the general terms of the legal relationship established between 2 B Trade & Consulting Kft. and the buyer entering into a contractual relationship with it. Regarding matters not regulated herein, the currently applicable Hungarian laws and official regulations governing the service provider’s Online Store activities, as well as the provisions of the Civil Code, shall apply without further stipulation.

2.1 Publication of the Online Store Terms and Conditions

Acceptance of the Online Store Terms and Conditions by the buyer is a prerequisite for using the Online Store service. Acceptance of the terms is deemed to occur when the buyer uses the service, i.e. registers.

2.2 Scope of the Online Store Terms and Conditions

2 B Trade & Consulting Kft. reserves the right to modify the Online Store Terms and Conditions in part or in full at any time. Modifications to the Terms and Conditions take effect upon publication. The Terms and Conditions remain in force as long as the Online Store service is provided, and for any matters commenced prior to termination but not yet concluded, until their conclusion.

3. The Online Store Service

2 B Trade & Consulting Kft. provides the Online Store service to buyers under the following conditions.

3.1 Territorial Scope of the Online Store Service

Due to the nature of the internet, the Online Store operator’s interface maintained by the service provider is accessible both domestically and from abroad. However, 2 B Trade & Consulting Kft. accepts orders addressed exclusively to the territory of the Republic of Hungary. Delivery to postal or other addresses outside the territory of the Republic of Hungary is therefore not possible.

3.4 Statement of 2 B Trade & Consulting Kft. Regarding the Storage of the Above Data

By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the buyer has entrusted 2 B Trade & Consulting Kft. with the storage, archiving, and management of the data. The company undertakes to handle the data confidentially, will not disclose it to third parties on the basis of the existing legal relationship, and stores it securely on its servers.

4. Formation and Modification of the Online Store Contract

4.1 General Characteristics

The contract is formed upon registration on the service provider’s website and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Registration is a prerequisite for purchasing in the Online Store. Orders are formed when the buyer approves them in their final form. 2 B Trade & Consulting Kft. reserves the right to delete registration data and declare orders placed with such data invalid if, upon receipt, the authenticity or interpretability of the registration data is questionable.

4.2 Registration

Upon Online Store registration and submission of data, the buyer gains the ability to place orders. The buyer may freely browse and add items to their cart without logging in. The buyer can log in with their username and password, after which they can purchase items collected in their cart without being logged in. The purchase is completed using the designated button on the website.

4.3 Order Modification and Cancellation

Pursuant to Act CVIII of 2001, the Online Store software immediately sends the buyer a notification upon order placement confirming receipt of the order. If this notification does not arrive within 48 hours, the buyer’s offer obligations shall cease. 2 B Trade & Consulting Kft. allows the buyer to withdraw their order electronically until the commencement of order fulfilment. When fulfilment begins, the buyer receives an email notification, after which order cancellation is only possible in person (via customer service contacts). The customer service of 2 B Trade & Consulting Kft. may accept or reject such cancellations based on the following principles:

For cash-on-delivery orders, cancellation may be accepted for orders not yet handed over to the courier. If the courier has already collected the goods, the right of cancellation may be exercised upon delivery.

For card payments, cancellation is handled according to the cash payment rules, with the caveat that the transferred amount will be refunded within 30 days, and banking transaction costs incurred will be charged to the buyer by deducting them from the refund.

4.4 Payment Terms

The buyer pays for purchased goods and services electronically (by card) at the time of ordering, in cash upon receipt from the courier, or by direct bank transfer to the account of 2 B Trade & Consulting Kft. The company issues an invoice upon receipt of cash. The buyer may accept all items of the order together or may refuse to accept the entire order. If the buyer refuses to accept the order, 2 B Trade & Consulting Kft. reserves the right to cancel the buyer’s registration and, at its discretion, invalidate any pending orders.

2 B Trade & Consulting Kft. does not charge fees exceeding the costs it incurs in connection with the given payment method.

Online card payments and other payment methods are processed through the Barion payment system. Card and other payment-related data never reaches the merchant. Barion Payment Zrt., the service provider, is an institution supervised by the Central Bank of Hungary (Magyar Nemzeti Bank), license number: H-EN-I-1064/2013.

4.5 In Case of Failed Delivery

For standard delivery, the carrier makes two delivery attempts. The customer then has a further 5 days to collect the items from the designated postal collection point. If this does not occur, the seller declares the order invalid and cancels it upon return of the goods.

4.6 Order Tracking Service

Customer service provides information about order-related queries.

5. Rights and Obligations of the Buyer

5.1 Right of Withdrawal

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the ordered product within 14 days of receipt and to return it to the service provider in full within 14 days of the withdrawal. Pursuant to Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.), the costs of return shipping shall be borne by the buyer. To avoid disputes, the company records video footage of the unpacking of returned packages. The Seller is obliged to refund the purchase price of the item, less any demonstrably incurred costs, within 30 days of receipt of the package. The right of withdrawal also exists between contract conclusion and receipt of the product. In case of withdrawal, the service provider is not obliged to refund the additional costs arising from premium shipping — only the standard shipping cost.

Where — due to the nature of a product — withdrawal from the contract is not possible, this will be clearly indicated in the product description.

A recommended withdrawal declaration template is attached. Use of text other than the recommended template does not render the withdrawal invalid: the service provider considers the withdrawal valid if the intention to withdraw is clearly and unambiguously apparent from the buyer’s declaration, and withdrawal is possible for the given product.

5.2 Potential Damages of 2 B Trade & Consulting Kft.

If we presume that the returned goods have been damaged due to improper use, 2 B Trade & Consulting Kft. may, pursuant to the above regulation, claim compensation for the depreciation caused to the product. Both parties mutually accept the video footage recorded by the Seller upon unpacking the goods as proof of damage.

5.3 Warranty

The seller’s warranty and guarantee liability is governed by the provisions of the Civil Code and Government Decree No. 151/2003 (IX.22.).

5.4 After-Sales Services

Beyond customer service and warranty, 2 B Trade & Consulting Kft. undertakes additional after-sales services (e.g. non-warranty repairs) in a separate individual agreement.

2 B Trade & Consulting Kft. has not drawn up a separate code of ethics (as permitted under the Act on the Prohibition of Unfair Commercial Practices against Consumers).

6. Data Protection and Data Security

6.1 Privacy Statement

During registration required to use the service, 2 B Trade & Consulting Kft. records the following data about buyers: data required for buyer identification — the buyer’s username, password (one-way encrypted) and email address; name, address, and contact phone number. To facilitate delivery of ordered goods, 2 B Trade & Consulting Kft. provides the following data to the carrier or its representative: order date, recipient’s name (from shipping address), company name (from shipping address), full shipping address, order amount, order number, buyer’s phone number and other contact details.

6.2 Modification of Personal Data

The buyer may modify or delete their personal data at any time through the Online Store user interface. Exceptions apply to the deletion of the following data:

Deletion of registration may be requested by the buyer at info@2btradeshop.com or by calling customer service. The phone number is not a premium-rate number.

7. Closing Provisions

7.1 Provisions Relating to Contracts Between Remote Parties

No written contract is drawn up regarding these terms, and 2 B Trade & Consulting Kft. does not file it. An exception may apply to clients with whom the majority of purchase transactions are not conducted electronically.

7.2 Termination of the Legal Relationship

The Online Store Terms and Conditions remain in force as long as the Online Store service is provided, and for matters commenced prior to termination but not yet concluded, until their conclusion. The buyer may request immediate termination of the contract at any time, provided there is no ongoing transaction and neither party has any outstanding claims. Upon verification of identity, this will be acknowledged and the user’s access to the store will be terminated by deleting their registration.

2 B Trade & Consulting Kft. reserves the right to unilaterally terminate the contract in justified cases of inappropriate buyer conduct.

7.4 Limitations of Liability of 2 B Trade & Consulting Kft.

The company accepts no financial or moral liability for abuses caused by the user’s negligence (e.g. disclosing a password to a third party).

WARRANTY AND COMPLAINTS

We provide a warranty for the quality of our products as required by law.

If a product is demonstrably defective, 2 B Trade & Consulting Kft. will naturally provide a refund or exchange guarantee, which includes refunding shipping costs or sending a new product free of charge.

The customer is entitled to submit complaints or remarks in writing to the Seller. The Seller is obliged to investigate the complaint within 3 days and notify the customer in writing of the outcome and any further steps required.

In the event of a dispute, the consumer may turn to a conciliation body. The competent conciliation body for the registered office of 2 B Trade & Consulting Kft.:
